Stepping Stones to 11+ (Online Group Tuition)

Our Stepping Stones to 11+ online course introduces Year 4 pupils to the core concepts and question types used in the NEW FSCE test, helping them build strong foundations. All sessions are taught live online.

The course costs £162 for 9 sessions (£18 per session). Places are limited to maintain a low staff-to-student ratio.

Sessions run on Thursdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, starting Thursday 23rd April. We will pause for half term and resume on Thursday 4th June, finishing on Thursday 25th June.

The course is delivered by two qualified teachers with extensive 11+ tutoring experience. We encourage participation but understand that some children feel more confident than others. We use features built within Zoom such as the chat function to allow all children to participate without needing to use the microphone. Our tutors will keep their cameras on but there is no requirement for your child to do the same.

Rather than working through large workbooks, we use puzzles and games designed to develop the key skills needed for the 11+ exam. Even if your child does not take the 11+, they will still gain useful skills to support their learning at school.

The majority of the session content is designed by Cotswold Education and is specific to the Gloucestershire 11+ test. We will also use CGP books for some extra tasks for your child to complete at home.
