Our week long Spring Course is suitable for children in Year 5 who are new to the 11+ and also for those who have one some basic studying but would like some more practice and an opportunity for further skill development. The course runs from Monday 26th May to Friday 30th May, 10:00am to 12:30pm. Sessions are taught "live" on Zoom.
The course will cover each section of the Gloucestershire 11+ Test including elements of English, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Numerical Skills. Sessions are interactive and we encourage students to engage with the group but they will not be put under pressure to do so. If your child prefers to give answers by using the chat function rather than through their microphone then they are welcome to do this!
By the end of the course, your child will feel confident in tackling a range of GL style 11+ questions alongside enhanced knowledge of the school curriculum to help them in their day-to-day lessons. You are welcome to be present with your child to support them with accessing course materials and further practice. The course price also includes a booklet with optional extension activities that your child can complete after each session or at any time after the course has concluded.
Each session will be run by two of our experienced tutors, both of which have extensive 11+ tutoring experience.
